If it's a good fit for the platform as a whole, we build it into Neon and it's free. Every business on Neon gets it, you included.
Specific to your business
If it's something only your business needs, beyond what Neon does today, we build it as custom work. It's quoted, and nothing is built until you say yes.

Any Neon customer, on any plan. Not on Neon yet? Request access and tell us what you'd need built.
What does it cost?
It depends on the review. If the request is a good fit for the platform as a whole, we build it into Neon for free. If it's specific to your business and beyond what Neon does today, it's custom work, quoted: you get the price first, and nothing is built until you say yes.
Who decides if it's a platform fit?
We do, in the review, and we tell you the outcome and the reason. A request that would help many businesses on Neon is a good sign.
How soon will I hear back?
A person reads every request and replies within a day.
What if you can't build it?
We'll tell you, and why. Sometimes there's a way to do it with what Neon already has, and we'll show you that instead.
