What's a primary module?
The module your business runs on: Rentals, Bookings, Storefront. Starter and Growth run one, Pro runs two and can add the third for $59/mo. Running two? That's Pro.
What's on every plan?
Inventory, invoicing and payments, customers, your website on Helium with a custom domain and SSL, Neo, hourly encrypted offsite backups kept for 30 days, and setup with our team.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Your customers pay through your own Stripe account at Stripe's rates. On Growth and above you can pass card fees on to your customers if you choose.
How is Neo billed?
By the tokens it reads and writes, roughly words: $2.60 per million read and $13.00 per million written. Every plan includes a monthly credit ($5 on Starter, $15 on Growth, $40 on Pro), and you set warning and stop limits per user and role, so usage never runs past what you've agreed to.
How do locations work?
Starter covers one location. Growth includes one and you can add more at $49/mo each. Pro includes five, and you can add more beyond that at the same rate.
What happens if I go over my allowance?
Emails, Neo usage past its credit, and delivery route requests past your plan's allowance are billed at the usage rates on this page. Nothing else is metered. Texts go through your own Twilio account for now, so Twilio bills those directly.
How is it billed?
Monthly, in US dollars, before tax. Cancel anytime.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down. Modules switch on and off from the admin panel, and your records stay where they are.
Do you offer enterprise or custom setups?
Yes. Enterprise covers dedicated hosting, a staging environment, single sign-on, data migration and a support SLA, quoted to what you run. On any plan, you can also ask for something Neon doesn't do yet on the Built by you page: if it's good for every business on Neon we build it free, and if it's specific to yours it's quoted.
